How to change Google's search results in WordPress?

I have a website that im using wordpress with. I registered a domain, and I using my own hosting. When i google my site, the details displayed are my theme name and the text base of the pyramid "Powered by WordPress," but nothing related to my site. Help is greatly appreciated.

I guess that means this is the text returned by Google in the engine results page (SERP). If so, There are two parts to this: 1) The matter of the list. This is the part in bold click. Generally, from the title tag of the page. 2) The body of the list. This is one or two lines below the subject line. This comes from either the content of the page (which probably happens in your case) or the description tag Meta (which probably is not set).
