Need help with a wordpress theme?

Therefore, I have a WordPress blog / website, and I think I found a good template where I want to use, but .... I have little experience with wordpress and is not the easiest thing to learn on the theme I've found is the "structure" - My site is in beta, but now - http://nflminute.com/betadraft/ want to configure it to look like the image preview or display Live. Usually, I'm not a big on telling people to RTM (read the manual), but in this case it is necessary RTM.
