Database Encryption!

Right, I wonder if I can set MyBB or WordPress and not to encrypt passwords that are placed on the base data, I am not a novice or an advanced user of MySQL or PHP full so I'd like some more information thanks in advance. 10 points best answer.

The short answer is yes, you can do that. What you need to do is find the program functions that users create and manipulate logins, and delete the parts that the hash of the password. Most likely, these are done as MD5 hashes. For WordPress, the most relevant functions are wp_login, and wp_create_user wp_update_user. Not sure about MyBB, I've never used.
