Installing WordPress - please help! "Error establishing a database connection."?

I keep getting this error message: "Error establishing a database connection" Please help! I need my site up. I tried searching Google, but all the explanations are very technical and complex that I do not understand ... Yes, I have made ... I'm not that stupid.

You need to create a database and make the data in database as a DBNAME, dbpassword dbuname and the file wp-config.php. Yahoo can pm me if you need help Harshad id.
