WordPress Custom Fields Gone

Using field data Costum WordPress?

I am a video blogger http://gamerglitches.com. All my messages are embedded videos YouTube. I have a plugin which generates a thumbnail of the video, and the plugin creates a custom field called "thumbnail" and the value is the path (URL) to the miniature. I want to create in some way in front of my blog, a row of newer or recent positions, with a thumbnail, and then to the left of that, the title of input (like the home page gamerglitch.com). However, I do not know much PHP. I created a page template seconds to start, but I need some help where to go from there. More or less, I need the PHP code to create a screen to display the post title and the thumbnail of a custom field. HELP ????????
