video, image and audio sharing website?

Hey guys, I want to create a website based on open source CMS like Joomla, WordPress, Drupal ... The aim of this website is to upload videos or pictures, or even audio and people will be able to make comments. It will also give access to members to upload their own videos, images or audio as I do, but first i need to pass ... I'll be grateful if you could help me find the right CMS with the right plug-ins and even the template on the right:). 2 responses so far impotent: S, I know what I want and I'm creating websites and programming but I just need some help choosing which CMS will be easier to use.
