WordPress plugin that can link to a page for the category?

Hello! I have a question about wordpress plugin. Is there a plugin you can let me a link to a category page (not a page cateogry!) .. For example if I have a menu called "attractions" the URL: http://www.mysite.com/attractions and then I have a cateogry in: www.mysite.com/categories/attractions/. How I can make sure that when users click to http://www.mysite.com/attractions really will direct www.mysite.com/categories/attractions/ So basically, just do not want to repeat the content which is identical to a page cateogry. Is there any way to do that?
