WordPress Category Description

A wordpress theme and the description of my existence?

NASA'm making our school club website and I'm using WordPress. Everything is working very well, but I want a theme of our site. I searched all over the internet for a topic that suits my needs. What we basically want is: - A message appears scroll bar (the best is customizable) - Three columns on the right below it (the ability to post messages of different categories would be very epic) - A sidebar on websites not only homepage - preferably a dark (black) - Free only (for now) If my description is vague or difficult to follow, take a look at this picture. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I could do something with CSS, but not with PHP (I very wrong with WordPress, but trying to improve, lol) Just an ad on craigslist (in "concerts") for a WordPress Template designer and specify this is a concert not pay and do what comes of it ...
