Other websites fundraising, in addition to kick-start?

I want to create a page online fundraising, but not kickstarter can use, because my project is a personal reason and a raffle (both banned from the site). It is also a creative project. Is there another website that will allow me to start raising funds for a creative project, a personal reason, and a raffle? Or should I create my own page and wordpress use PayPal buttons, donation .... do something similar to kick-start?
