WordPress theme how to change labels and add footer?

I downloaded the wordpress theme that I love but not wordpressthemes.org let me make any adjustments, now I have to do three things: 1. change the footer 2. add tags 3. blogroll on your site appears, I delete hours later is back again I went to wordpress themes and tried to follow what is stated, but when I went to the home page theme editor that has all kinds of codes I tried to follow strange reading, but nothing! I have read but does not match I have mine is a different way, please help!

Hello, The best way of preventing spam is to use Akisemt (which comes with WordPress) and activate comment moderation. You can leave 100% of spam with no problem at all.
