Where I can find customizable WordPress Themes?

I would like to find a website is a wordpress theme or plugin for WordPress that allows me to edit my header to replace the default header title of the blog title, without changing the code. I do not know how to read the code, let alone change what I'm looking for something simple to allow me to edit the wordpress theme of my office. I am finding a lot of songs I like to use, but when I upload and install, is not coming to my blog title. I hope this makes sense. Can someone please help? I'm spending too much time on this. I tried the directory of WordPress, but they do not have anything I like. I would buy a premium theme but want to make sure they will have no problem trying to edit or be a waste of money and still be in the same boat.
