One way to display messages based on category pages wordpress?

Basically what I want is to have a page that displays my blog on the basis of the category. X IE page hosts all of my blog regarding the categories ABC Page and all the hosts on my blog regarding the categories F there is only one plugin that can do this?

I do not know if there is a plugin to do that, but you can manually edit the code and replace the list of pages the list of categories. If you use WordPress 3 + and the default theme Twenty Ten would be much easier. You just drag and drop menu. However I recommend you backup your original theme before editing the code.
