WordPress is continually blocking my comments on any blog wp. What should I do?

I came to know from some source that the publication of comments on blogs is good for SEO. So he started to do the same, yes, I have a couple of websites and make genuine post comments on any blog that appears on my screen. But I've never published any comment spam. How do I get rid of this problem. I see a blank page after posting comments on most blogs. Please help! Thanks!
