WordPress Blog Login Page

Allowing users to register in our WordPress Blog
Through General settings, not only can control the appearance of our blog, but also to determine if any user want to register on our blog or not .. Selecting the Settings-> General Options in the main navigation, you get the list of options as shown in the figure below indicates.
General Page Setup
The choice of members of the General Setup decide if we want visitors to sign on our blog or not. We can check the box Anyone can register to allow anyone to join our blog. The Meta widget if shown in the sidebars usually appears as shown below in Figure (a) show links used to perform tasks such as administration the blog, and check out the blog to access RSS feeds and the site of WordPress. When the check box Everyone can record is activated, we found that an additional link, the registry is the Meta widget added, as shown in the figure (B).

By selecting the Register link, we have a login page asking for a username and password valid, as shown in the following Figure (a). Below the box, we can find a link, the registry is proposed for the new user to select to obtain the registration page. By selecting the registration link, we have a registration page asking for the username and email address user as shown below figure (b). After entering the username and email address in the respective tables, we have to select Register button to create a new account. By selecting the Record button, you get a message "complete record. Please check your e-mail '.

Why is the registration page asks only for user name and email mail address? This is because the rest of the new user information such as your name, surname, Hobbies, website, biographical information, etc. can be introduced later through the profile page. After entering the username and email address mail, when the user selects the record button, the account for the new user is created and a password to access the account will be mailed along with a link to enter the blog as shown in the figure below (a). Besides this, an email is sent to the administrator to report on the new record, as shown in the figure below (b).

The default function of the new users are a subscriber. The value user default drop-down menu role in general configuration helps in the decision of the default function of the users newly registered. The dropdown menu displays five options to choose from, the Subscriber, Contributor, author, editor and administrator.
