Problems with a second installation of wordpress, need ideas?

I installed wordpress before a domain name and is working well. I added a second domain under the same hosting plan (domain and databases are compatible with my plan) I would like to install WordPress. I created a second database and web space for this new domain and uploaded all the wordpress files as I did with the first installation. Wp-config.php file has been dbname, dbusername, password db and host information is completed correctly. (As far as I can tell). when I go to www.newdomain.com / wp-admin / install.php I'm getting a message that wordpress can not connect to host. I also received a blank page a few times too. I checked and the information is correct, which was provided to configure my database of a second. Any idea why try? I've cleaned the files and reuploaded them wordpress a couple of times with no luck. Thank you.

Hello bark Tree, Thanks for your detailed question. I've done this many times using a shared hosting account. A message "Can not Connect to Server ..." is not an error WordPress, is a client connection error. It usually means that your browser can not connect to the website you are requesting. You did not mention you have registered your new domain and set its name servers for it. If you registered the new domain and set the name servers, the information is not there may be "propigated" however, the name servers your ISP is using. In my experience, this usually takes anywhere from a couple of hours a day. If all this fails, you can contact your web host for an answer.
