WordPress Blackberry Plugin

¿I can add a plugin for wordpress live chat to connect via text message on my cell phone?

My goal is to provide customers to ask questions when they are online if you like. I'm always on my blackberry, so I'd be able to connect to them via mail or text, I can get both directly in my blackberry. Thoughts? I've done some research plugin, but can not find one free?
