Help with wordpress theme?

Hey guys, I'm new to Word Press - I'm using a theme, but not like a silver band at the top of the page web search box and links to reviews, appearance, etc. How I can disable that? Thanks:)

Hello This is a feature of WordPress and only you / admin can see ... Although you can disable by going to your profile page and delsect the options next to "Show admin bar" I this will help
