Add the quirky happenstance of a broken lamp, and Michael Fitzpatrick and Darian Day captured the image in a photograph. Long after the image was taken, they made a new friend in Tlaquepaque, Pascual. And, coincidentally, the colorful home in the background of the broken lamp post belongs to his mother.
