Is there a script for website?

I know I'll be a pain in the butt, but please help me if you can tolerate and I want to open a website is a kind of "You enter a question and the answer is" I want the entire website as a page and the visitor is typing the question that receives an autofill and when you click on the question receives a response immediately, without charge or anything (a bit like Google with its new auto-complete thing and instantaneous), it is important that visitors know the answer as quickly as possible (within 30-40 seconds) So, is there a site or script a site like Blogger or WordPress or something you can do that for me? I hope you understand what I mean and, of course, will be 10 points for best answer:)

I do not think there are good scripts available that you could download, you have to write the program yourself. If you do not know how to build web sites I recommend w3schools.com start. If you know how to use html / php / ajax: Create an HTML form with an onchange event that activates an ajax function to obtain the data base data (or any other data source).
