How to deal with the unauthorized use of your name on a website?

This website contains the http://anniversary-poems.com unauthorized (and malicious?) the entry of my name (I'm an author), along with links to adult sites. I have found no links or contact details, the only thing I found is that the site seems to be held WordPress, how / where I can solve the problem?
