1. Is it possible to implement WordPress as a CMS with username and authentication Password? If so, how? Do we have to add any script? Do you have a URL reference? 2. ¿I can built a forum in wordpress? Forum relies on WordPress? If so how? Do you have any web reference already in place?

You will be better to use Joomla, this will give you everything you need and more.
