WordPress Archives Not Working

I think a company permanently delete email accounts and files. ¿I can recover them?
I was hired to re-design websites in a small company. His current server does not allow for WordPress, and that's what I had to use to make the workplace as planned, so transfer your site to a new server hosting company. Once the name servers were changed again, the old hosting company permanently removed everything about this company's account, including their email services. This company uses some kind of webmail, not Outlook. The new accommodation company basically forgot to request this information if the site was being transferred. The company employees are angry with me ... all e-mails and contacts are deleted and the accommodation is not the company says there is nothing you can do. Is there anything I can do? Please help!
In fact, the original webhost backs up your server (or should), but simply did not want to go through and find the information you want. Possibly you could force them to search the archives of the company to sue. If all files were transferred, check to see if there is a file compression format which may be the backup files for the site. If the backup file includes web mail files is another thing, since it can not. That is the problem faced companies when it is downloaded and backed up their own correspondence. WebMail is a pain to use in downloading e-mail messages is much better and easier POP3 is just as easy to configure. Outlook does not have to be used, but is a good tool company. Rum
