WordPress Application Form

How I can offer more options for loading the file type in WordPress plugin (If contact form)?

I'm using the plugin contact form Si- for an application working on my site. I want people to upload formats such as docx candidates, doc, rtf and regret that I listed these in the field of Accepted file types: ... The only way I can upload doc. files. What am I doing wrong? Example line: doc, rtf, docx, txt, pdf, thanks in advance for their help.
