Blocked from a website may WORDPRESS.ORG please help!?

Every time I go to this address I get this message. http://thejustinbiebershrine.com/ "You do not have permission to access / on this server. In addition, 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache Server at Port thejustinbiebershrine.com 80 "How I can fix this? How I can get the UN banned?

Most likely your blog account is already banned, wordpress is very strict when it comes to promotional content, but do not forget to check into account there may be something wrong with that.
