How I can add news content to my website (SQL, etc)?

I created a new website. This is something that some friends and I development. I constantly add the news of how we are progressing. Having to keep changing the entire website every time I have more news too work. What is a good program to use to allow me to do this with the content? I have my site hosted on GoDaddy and just installed WordPress, but do not know if I information that I put in the database directly to my site, or if I have to use wordpress as my full website. Pressing the word is not the proper way to integrate food in my current site, what is? I use Dreamweaver CS3 for my websites and I would also like people can get an RSS feed to my news. WordPress is a good solution to be able to have multiple updates following people about your site. WordPress is not necessary to be your entire site. Hosting Just install the connection in a subdirectory such as / update. (In fact, it is always a good idea to install WordPress in a subdirectory because it creates the configuration file. Htaccess in your directory, which often causes problems with other pages / Software your site can be running.) WordPress offers RSS and Atom feeds.
