Is there a site where you can find work for yourself?

I do not want to be a freelancer, but I have not been able to find a physical work, I decided to do some work on their own. I know how to code in PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and WordPress (You can also use jQuery, Javascript and understand a bit of C #) and can use Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator. Do you know a site where I can post my availability and I can do, or find people who need services? I'm not quite sure how to advertise myself or where to start, any help would be great! On the other hand, if you are looking for a designer, I can help you too.

You could give a chance to craigslist. There is a section called "concerts" where you can find irregular work requests (jobs contract, commissions, etc.). There is also a section called "Services", where you can advertise your own skills. As with any other public place, be careful of what you find. You can also try the forums, including those not directly related to computer science. The webcomic xkcd has a forum full of knowledgeable people and visitors who occasionally ask for help. It is undoubtedly help keep your resume / CV on file and updated in places like Monster.com or other job sites. You might even be able to see the resumes of others to see how they promote.
