Best WordPress SEO - give search engines what they want

I have written several articles about SEO Best WordPress, but these have been from the point of Given the webmaster. I thought it might be interesting to see the other way and see what search engines want to see. Best WordPress SEO then be achieved by giving them what they want.

Links relevant sites - these are the best but links from irrelevant sites have yet.
Links to relevant anchor text - in the anchor text matches the keyword of the page / post links.
Links to sites with few external links to other people - A site only has so much authority to convey what is diluted if there are many links.

Get as many links as possible.
Try to get links from authority sites in your niche.
Do not use a keyword as the anchor text each time it is unnatural.

On page factors
Although it has less weight than factors outside the page is still vitally important. The better your on page SEO backlinks unless you need for a particular rating.

Search engines want to see:

A well-structured place where all the pages are interlinked.
Links to relevant external.
A unique content, updated regularly.
Readable content of the relevance of which is unclear.

Search engines do not want to see:

Any attempt to manipulate.
External links to disreputable sites.
Content doubled.
Broken links.
Error Messages.

Make sure all pages and posts have the keyword in the URL and links to other content on the site. Target all pages to be accessible from home page in two clicks.
Use a theme created with SEO in mind.
Make sure all pages and messages containing links (it can install a plugin to help with this).
Make sure your content is unique and not duplicated on the site.
Do not hide your content in Flash or graphics in the search engines can not read.
Make sure your pages and messages are built around a keyword and optimized properly (another plugin will help with this).
Regularly check external links - they still work and the site remains the most appropriate to establish the link.
If you must change the URL of a page, be sure to set a permanent redirect.

Clearly there are many things you need to get the right for better WordPress SEO it is advisable to use tools to help where possible.
