Is it possible to use PHP includes in my php pages wordpress integrated existence?

I wonder if there is some simple code / Tool to use to able to use PHP includes currently I have on my website, but the use of my wordpress theme. I managed to integrate wordpress in a subdomain test but I'd put on my main site, without having to redo every page / use wordpress admin pages. I can do this? Thanks! Is there a code for this? I'm just smart when it comes to coding / etc. Or I just make my style sheet link to my wp theme?

Yes, of course. If you PHP has functionality that requires more libraries that are included should not have an adverse effect.
