WordPress legality to develop sites for clients ...?

Does anyone know the legality of using WordPress to set up sites for clients? Also use the plugins? The themes are custom made, so it is not a problem. Another thing, what about the plugins that remove the visual elements of the brand wordpress. I've seen some plugins scale features of the administration panel, and also remove all mentions of wordpress. So for me it has been developed for people trying to do what I am like this? But what is accepted and allowed? Thanks Everyone!
