please help! wordpress plugins!?

WordPress plug-in is necessary? I need a plug-in to add RSS feeds to a post, but I need more one food at a time, I also need the RSS feed generated after creating a file .... how and what widget (s) to create this? I will give the best answer as soon as you find one that works. ty in advance
