How to protect your blog from hackers?
As we all know that my old domain AZBlogTips was attacked and robbed and this new domain would be my new home which to continue my dedication to affiliate marketing and make money blogging so committed. The task would be more difficult when there are more and more bloggers join the field nowadys blogs. However, with your support, BlogReloaded will rock again, no matter when it ranks high as AZBlogTips now.
After to conduct a thorough investigation internally and talking to my friends who are very experienced in security, I'd recommend kids several tools can protect your blog from external attacks.
Before going into details, I want to confirm with you all that I will not be trying to get back as eNom AZBlogTips, GoDaddy has NameCheap and complicated procedures and it took a lot of time and work to clarify without any progress. I am tired of these things and decided I started my career with the BlogReloaded.com blogs.
Many bloggers have mentioned about how to protect your blog from hackers, but I will share with you what I have made after being hacked.
1. Use a password of time:
To make sure your blog is completely safe, My suggestion is to use a password of time. It will only be one who can get this automatically generated password for each login. There will then be fixed passwords is much more difficult for hackers to gain access to their blogs. I would recommend that children using a password authentication plugin that looks like a great tool for secure connections. Another plugin is also a great alternative to WP Security Log, where all members, including management will be a one-time password, with links to email and you have to click to confirm your IP address for full access.
2. Using the services of email security:
There are many free email services out there and not difficult to find one. Most bloggers are using Gmail is very fast and simple however, most security experts advised us not to use Gmail for important things such as email management for blogs, PayPal or domain ... 3. Use reliable antivirus and Internet security software:

Most reliable email services like Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo will filter spam folders. I made an error when you click a message with an attachment of UPS services. I figured it was the tracking number of my checks, but did not. It could lead to a Trojan that hit my desk.
7. Use the password recovery by phone rather than questions when possible:
E-mail services have several options for recovering passwords and secret answer questions or the use of mobile phones. Gmail and Hotmail supports the functions of the phone and you should use if possible. Hackers can guess your secret question but can not use your phone to retrieve passwords. If your country is not allowed to use phone verification, try to use the answers more difficult your secret question.
8. Do not use WordPress's default user name:
This is very fundamental, but now many bloggers are using the user name and management is much easier for hackers to find out. WP 3 + now supports the change management user installation. Therefore, you must rename admin user to what you think can be safe from hackers.
9. Never use zero / cracked / pirate themes / plugins or software:
Many bloggers now can not pay premiums or paid software and usually choose the sources broken or hacked to obtain a license. However, you never know that most pirated software is malware that can destroy your computer or play like a Trojan to steal passwords or credit card information. If you can not afford any software, try subscribing to blogs where they usually do contests or sweepstakes available legally.
10. Do not share passwords with anyone:
My advice is do not share your password to anyone, even members of his family. Why? You never know who may somewhere or accidentally sent his blog that hackers can find. Keep it a secret for you!
11. Check your emails deleted:
Only in the case of the hackers know their email passwords. Usually, hack other services such as hosting, domain, or paypal e-mail that is used user as an administrator / user. That will open its domains and removes all notification messages sent by suppliers to conceal their activities. You never know until you check your deleted emails and things are too late. I've been in this situation and I would recommend the trash is not emptied, but see first time!
12. Closed areas and the use of Whois Guard services:
Hackers can steal your domain if blocked by your side. I have locked my domain, but unfortunately the hackers know my pass and email goes, then unlocked I did not know and a transfer enough to another registrar legal owner. Keep an eye on your domain or pay some money to be enabled Whois Guard service for their domain names.
13. Never share accommodation resources with friends one better:
Many of my readers have asked to share accommodation resources with them, many reasons. However, I must say, you should never do this, because it can be a messenger to the hackers.
14. Be careful any plugins you use:
Like the previous article on the state of WP Notifier, you should be careful with free plugins. Not all plugins in the WP directory are secure and safe for use. Take your own risks and check the support forums to make sure you are safe!
15. Upgrade to the latest version of WP.
Yes, TechCrunch has been hacked by not using the latest versions of WP. Update to the latest version, once it is released to make sure your blog is safe from hackers.
16. Your Responsibilities:
Attention should be paid to what to do to ensure your blog safe and never sorry for what you did.
That is all that is sure to do after my blog was hacked and stolen. I just take most of these steps and I will complete the rest in the coming time, as some of them are paid services, while my PayPal account has not yet been restored and returned.
