WordPress Writers Blogs

In your opinion, what is better; webs.com or Moonfruit.com?
I do not want a site like Blogger, MySpace or wordpress ... If the answer is no, what the site to make your own website would you recommend? The reason I'm asking is that since I was a writer wattpad.com I would like to make a site where around all poeple can enter the world .. including those who are not allowed to use facebook. What place is perfect for an author? A place to stay in touch with fans, answer, commenting anonymously on blogs, pages and so on without signing, music videos, forum, etc.
