Run WordPress Offline

How I can install my WordPress blog locally?

I have WordPress 2.3 online, and just installed 2.5 locally on my computer, How to transfer all my articles and such to work locally so you can run tests on my blog online so you can save bandwidth and pains visitor's head?

Go to control panel hosting on a real blog section database. Exporting databases. And the import of this database localy. After you install (in the optional upgrade) new wordpress localy. have fun:)
