What CMS to use for a movie site rating?

I'm in the process of making a movie rating site where I and three other managers have our word on film. I have only to know what CMS to use? I would go with WordPress originally, but most of the plugins that I have are not compatible with 2.7 I need something that allows readers to post comments, allows a rating from 1 to 5 stars, and is flexible and easy. The choice I would go with Joomla, but it was, I do not know ... What do you think? Best answer you get 5 points:)
