How I can install plugins for word press?

I'm trying to build a website using wordpress free and want to install some plugins that have been recommended to me. The problem is all the tutorials I've been able to find (especially using the tube) to refer to a section of control panel called wordpress plugins (sounds simple and logical), the problem is I've been searching for three days and can not find the plugins of the word in my control panel. is because I'm using free wordpress free domain name? Sad news of the word free is in your own site plug-ins that limit can be used. You need to install WordPress on your own server and you can add any plugins you want.
