Free WordPress Magazine Template

Need help setting up this new blog. not sure where should I set?

so I have my own personal blog in wordpress and blogspot old, but me and a group of people who want to start writing as in a magazine format. none of us is an expert's blog Super but we learn fast. So I looked at some hosting sites, but at this point really do not want to pay. Squarespace we really like but it seems difficult even though I had not looked at, because there was no monthly fee. I love my wordpress, but do not have a template of the magazine (we're looking at something like this: http://wpthemedesigner.com/demo/) I know how to use without paying. So where do we blog for free and use a template that works. I've tried a few in blogger, but the templates did not work. as when I made a post. and the link to read was broken and other things that do not align. and I'm not that good. so any help would be nice. other than I like: http://www.paddsolutions.com/wpmag/marikit/?wptheme=marikit
