How do you connect a wordpress theme?

I found this free format I use wordpress, but I do not know how to add correctly. Any help? I have to do a blog a final project in class. http://jimbarraud.com/2009/03/19/manifest/ Yes, you do not. I found the tab issues, but I do not see a place where you can also upload your own - what if I am doing a macbook? And - I have to pay for this service? All I have is a WordPress account and I see nothing that says add new topics or web content folder or anything

In his folder on the server there is a folder called . Copy the theme folder to use in that folder and the theme will appear in the theme manager in the admin section of WordPress, you can simply click to activate that item. This is explained very clearly in the documentation on wordpress.org wordpress
