Where I can get free help with wordpress?

WordPress.org not tell me - this forum is barely alive ... if it is just like a zombie half ... I need to customize a theme ... I read books trying to learn CSS (cascade style SH1T) seen videos ... went to the forum topic, but is dead. The theme is free, but very flexible ... I need a little guidance please help.

The WordPress Codex is a good place to start. http://codex.wordpress.org/ with some knowledge WordPress installed. That way I could work locally, experience, learn things, and not have to worry about a production site until it was ready. For users Mac, I use MAMP, but it works the same way. Some tools: I recommend you use Firefox for development, along with the Web Developer and Firebug add-ons. The Web Developer add-on lets you see exactly how the subject is constructed, so you know what to change in the CSS. WordPress Web development is a skill, you do not have to be a Ninja. They learn by doing. You will be amazed how easy it is, once you understand it.
