Free WordPress Background Images

What is the best blog site that allows me to customize the blog look for free?

I want to start a blog. I want to be able to customize the page (what colors match the color of my website, and I can add a header image ... not just change the background header as WordPress). I do NOT want to host your blog on my server (no packets blog site) I want to be free (no money). I wish it was free of ads. Please let me know some urls. Thanks
