Free Custom WordPress Templates

Joomla newbie. Help?

I am new to Joomla. I installed Joomla on my PC with Windows (XAMPP, Apache, MySQL, PHP). I created a sample site only just to see if it works. Now, I want to create professional web sites visually stunning, and I'm stuck. Joomla.org thank for providing this nice CMS platform, but I need else they offer. With the parameter-based CMS, it's hard to get nice web elements you want ready to use as counters. Do I simply install templates? Where I can get free templates for Joomla that looks good. Please give me a link to high-quality templates. I'm not looking for blog style templates with headers simple as Blogger.com or WordPress.org. I'm looking high quality Joomla templates that will feature visual and programming elements of the complex such as shopping carts with PayPal, opt-ins, user login form and a database. Please help. There are free beings? I am willing to pay if the prices are reasonable. Thank you.
