Export WordPress Database

Why not upload photos to my wordpress?
When I try to upload an image to a post in wordpress I get the following message: "Unable to create directory / home/ssfan/public_html/home/ssfan/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2009/10. Is your directory writable by the server? "I changed the parent directory to the file preferences of 777 so you can write. I have not had this problem before and I think the reason behind this problem is the fact that recently changed hosts / servers. I exported my WordPress Mysql databases from the old site and import into my new MySQL account on the new computer. Is there a table that must be deleted or something? It's really needed to get this fixed as the deadline a fansite and the pictures are a big part of it. Help would be greatly appreciated!
It is necessary to review the file configuration. Since you have a new host probably the directory path has changed. if you look at the message "/ home / ssfan / public_html / home / Ssfan / publication "sample" home / ssfan / public_html "twice I can tell you is not right at all! Recheck your new host obtain the correct path to the directory and check the configuration file to verify that appropriate.
