Can anyone help me with detailed instructions to install the trigger basic Reloaded plugin for WordPress?

I just started designing my website and have an image that I want to enlarge when you click, so I found Shutter Reloaded could be a complement to this, but it works. Is it compatible with 2.8 worpress? If so, I followed the first set of instructions. 1-download two extra files in my plugins folder in WordPress 3-active, but I have no idea where to insert the code they need to work and then work in one specific image on my site (not all images).
