Question WordPress blog?

Hello, I just created a WordPress blog and I have two questions. 1.) Is there a way to move in one direction not containing "Wordpress" in it? For example, if this blog is called "orange", the web address is orange.wordpress.com. Is there a way to make only orange.com? (The orange is just an example word, is not it really is) 2.) When I post, lists the title / title, then under displays the date and author. For the author says the username (so your username is there). Is there a way to hide the username in the message? I really I do not want to be shown? I would be grateful if you could help me. Thank you!
