Install the plugin in your blog.

Step three:

Set the plug-in to your specifications. I use a backup weekly or daily according to the frequency after each specific blog. You can then have the backup file to download to your hard disk or sent to your email. If you use the email, be sure to check the limit attachments e-mail provider. If attachments backup above the limit, I suggest using another email account for this task.
