WordPress is one of the most popular blogging sites in the cyberspace. WordPress.com offers free blog hosting services. WordPress.org, on the other hand, needs a paid hosting to publish blogs but has no space and customization limitations.
You think WordPress is most powerful? I noly believe the WordPress for SEO and customization. But it always looks like a blog. For professional people we should go with joomla.
Nope. Nothing is better than wordpress. Joomly is not user friendly as wordpress.
This is not true. Look at my website in my name. I built it using WordPress and I think it looks like a normal site. Also WP is extremely easy to use. Considering I built my site using it and I did not know anything about WordPress before I started.
I agree, WordPress is user friendly and a lot of site layout to choose from. While in Joomla, you need to know to read few tutorial before understanding it unlike WordPress.
Hi Mark – I found your site through your YouTube video “How to Build Your Social Networking Spiderweb”. Your technique sounds very similar to “Jiggling the Web”, which I employ for my clients.
You talk about advanced techniques in the video. Do you have another video? Are you referring to pinging the social bookmarks of the blog post?

Thanks for your message. The technique I showed in the video uses OnlyWire for submitting to social media sites. Unfortunately Onlywire is now a paid service so I don’t use them.
I have moved on to building Link Wheels using an automated tool called RankBuilder. It costs $77 a month (I think). http://901f96ef-m2t7k8mliw5wgw-3x.hop.clickbank.net/ (yes, that is an affiliate link.)
You can certainly build link wheels manually, but it takes a lot of work.

WordPress has some really great SEO plugins also. Google loves wordpress because it is easy to navigate also. Make sure you are setting it up right. Thanks for the info .

i know wordpress is highly recognized for blogging purpose but sadly i never find any wordpress theme which looks professional, all theme looks likes blog only. This is main disadvantage of wordpres i think.
Actually, with a few search there are a lot of sites offers professional themes for wordpress but most of theme are not free and a little pricey.

The internet has certainly made new avenues for business to conduct their marketing programs on and WordPress is just a single branch that online marketers should take advantage of, others would be Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc. The possibilities are endless.
I totally agree with you. Blogs are a great instrument for online marketing. I think that the advantages about blogs are
- user generated content
- content to feed google
- google ranking improvement due to keywords
… and some more.
Basically if you’ve got a website and don’t do blogs than you do something very wrong.
