Blog Marketing Rules

HELP! Export Outlook e-mail to the database?
Well I really would appreciate some guidance on this matter. I have a gmail account that receives all of my work for the contest blog (exported as emails) to WordPress, which is then downloaded to my Outlook 2010 on a laptop computer parts (only purpose of the laptop) Is there any way I could setup a rule for export Outlook and in Excel or another program, while filling in the fields of email entries. They all have the exact same format, such as e-mail address, contact name, phone number, address, etc. I want to build a response mailing list and a couple of thousand specific market contacts valuable now, but do not want to do it manually. Could I can create a rule in Outlook or is there another way of using other third-party tool or program. Just a little guidance would be really helpful as I really need these because I am the sole owner of the blog and need to make the contacts my partner for marketing, etc. Thanks in advance everyone!
