I like to write (on a wide variety of subjects). I wish the readers. What is the means easy?

A little history, I have a doctorate in computer science (An issue related to the two artificial life and higher-order logic) and a full-time job. I would not have to market a blog, and I have little appetite for an infernal dance editor. Not really want to write journal articles or conference, I find boring and restrictive, both format and content. I write fiction, poetry, nonfiction, science (chemistry, evolution, mathematics, logic, programming, computer). I would like to gain the life time of writing, but can afford to do it for free at the moment. As the title says, I would like ideas as to where I look to the readers. Thanks

Unfortunately, you have tons of competition from writers who do not have a problem with the editors of dance, and they will which will make the writing life, not you. It is not easy to write. If you are allergic to hard work and effort, then find another job. Not like this! I am a independent professional and the only thing I do is give away their hard work. You start now, while they are young and have the energy and spark ideas through your brain. Do not wait, because you suddenly find you have no time to write as * Life intrudes. (I've lost ten years of that!) You have your words to down, turn them into something worth buying, and sending things out. Build a resume sales. Start outlining the books. Read Section 808 of the library, then read the library. Writers who work have to put effort into selling their words, but it is easier now. Most places will accept submissions e-mail, so you do not have to trot to the post horrible as I did when I started! I have this advice from one of the senior editors of Ace Science Fiction: .. "Write something every week and send it out in a year will have at least 50 items that re-circulates If a reject, I feel so bad because you have 49 things in circulation. "As for the readers, I know beforehand that they are very fickle. Most read something, then take a new book, then grab a new one after that. You'll be lucky if they remember your name. Those who memorize their life history and can quote whole passages of his works are rare. (And often a little creepy.) I found that one of my big signings when a guy came up and said in a major release of the mine had been out a couple weeks. "Hey, I read that one, but I remember the story or anything. "I do not know who was more horrified me to their lack of education or my readers educated in the queue for an autograph. He is the memory, which keeps me humble, not the fans who know more of my books that * I * do! They do not build readers - that accumulate SALES publishers. The point that the exchange was not that I had forgotten - but that he had bought a copy of my book! That is what counts for a writer trying to make a living with it. The Readers will happen automatically if the books are in stores. Be sure to get and keep a day job. Writers now have to have complete one because they have no health insurance. Just do not you can afford. One of my friends is a NYTimes bestseller and bid high five figures. She was clinging to his work crazy day of decisions by health insurance. He cut his time to writing, but she manages to write 4.5 pounds a year. "I told him the time to start writing the book was that afternoon. He shrugged, and with confidence. That was three decades ago. still I am waiting to hear from him in that novel. Good luck!
