What is best for what I do? Blogger or WordPress?

Ok I'm having a hard time choosing between Blogger and WordPress even after read others' opinions on it. I like to do next .. What blog site do you think is best for him? * The ability customizable * Template for embedding YouTube videos * prefer it easier to generate traffic with the ability to use Google AdSense * ability to use widgets Amazon / banners / links * free accommodation * Not sure if this is possible .. but also want the possibility that others write blog content as well as myself without having to give my password and username? * Ease of use is not really a big concern because it can understand things pretty quickly and experience in "manual" of blogs in the past. (Raw HTML) I think that's it! Thanks for any help you can get in making this decision!
