cms help! Drupal vs Joomla vs WordPress?

I'm building a website registered user can submit your articles and can select the section and status of their articles. user must have its own page that can upload your photos and articles. plus it could send a message to other users. Could someone tell me who the best CMS to do this right, and the idea of what plugins or modules for the CMS. Thanks guys!

All CMS will allow you to assign three different categories of users logging functions that wish to take in managing the site. Drupal is probably the most flexible, but it is also more complicated to configure. Have you given any of these before? All three are open source so you do not have to pay any fee. What I usually do is install a demo subdomain hosting my site and install and test the software. Having a "sandbox" is a great way to test the modules before installing on your actual website as well. CMS All three have extensive online documentation and run as community forums. That is a good place to snoop around and ask questions.
